Question When are the new Brigitte Rive ranges available?
Answer  We create two ranges a year - launched in Mid January and Mid July. These are accompanied by full colour brochures which you can pick up from your local stockist.

Question Why should I email my Golly registration details?
Answer By registering you allow us to email you our newsletter to inform you about new Gollys and what's hot off the press, however you can acess all other information on our site without registering.

If your golly is damaged or stolen we can also let you know important information that could have been lost which also helps in the 'Collectability' of the Golly.

Question Can I buy Gollys direct on this Web site?
Answer No we sell only through stockists in the UK but we sell direct in the US and Canada.


Question What is the yellow registration tag on the back of my Golly and what do I do with it?
Answer The yellow tag found on the back of special Brigitte Rive Bears is a registration tag. Please email details of your gollys and email them to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it We will then register your tGolly details for your added security. If you ever have the misfortune of having your Golly stolen/lost we have your details stored. This may also help to increase the value, adding to the history and interest of a favourite hugster's life.

Question What is your Return/Refund Policy?
Answer If within 30 days you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money less shipping/handling charges. We require proof of purchase and the product must be in good saleable condition. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the freight bill.

Please note that due to the large amount of post we receive we are unable to confirm your registration details.
